Getting Started & Quoting

How do I request a quote for commercial cleaning services?

You can request a quote through our online quote tool, which takes about two minutes to complete. After you submit your facility details, you will receive a non-binding preliminary service range. We then schedule a walkthrough of your facility to finalize scope and pricing.

What information do I need to request a quote?

To generate an accurate preliminary range, we ask for your facility type, approximate square footage range, desired cleaning frequency, and the industry your business operates in. This information helps us match you with the right service program before we visit your facility.

How quickly can you start service after we sign a contract?

We typically begin service within one to two weeks of signing a contract. That timeframe includes a detailed site walkthrough, team assignment, procurement of any facility-specific supplies, and creation of your documented scope of work. We are flexible and can accommodate custom timelines — if your prior janitorial company left abruptly and you need coverage right away, we can fast-track the onboarding process. We also work with clients whose existing contracts end in 30, 60, or 90 days so we can plan ahead and start service the day their current agreement wraps up.

Do you require long-term contracts?

Yes, we operate on a contract basis to ensure consistency and accountability for your facility. Typical terms range from twelve to twenty-four months, which allows us to invest in training dedicated teams for your building. We offer flexibility within those terms to adjust scope as your needs evolve.

We offer three categories of service: recurring programs including janitorial services, office cleaning, custodial services, and day porter services; specialty services such as carpet and hard floor care, sanitization and disinfection, window cleaning, and pressure washing; and on-demand support including maintenance services, handyman services, and cleaning supplies delivery.

Can you customize a cleaning program for my facility?

Absolutely. Every cleaning program is tailored to your facility after an on-site walkthrough. We develop a documented scope of work that outlines specific tasks, frequencies, and quality standards. This ensures your program addresses the unique needs of your building and industry requirements.

Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, we supply all professional-grade cleaning products and equipment as part of our service. If your facility requires specific products due to industry regulations or preference, we are happy to work with client-preferred supplies as well.

Do you offer one-time or special event cleaning?

Yes, we offer one-off specialty services in addition to our recurring programs. Whether you need post-construction cleanup, special event preparation, or a one-time deep clean, we can accommodate those requests alongside or independent of a recurring contract.

How do you ensure consistent cleaning quality?

We maintain quality through regular inspections, documented task checklists, and supervisor walkthroughs. Our quality assurance team conducts scheduled and unannounced audits, and we operate a client feedback loop so any concerns are addressed before they become recurring issues.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with a cleaning?

We have a 24-hour response commitment for any quality concerns. If an issue comes up, we typically address it the next day and put a solution in place to prevent it from happening again. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. Persistent concerns are escalated to your dedicated account manager to ensure a long-term resolution.

Do you have experience cleaning medical facilities?
